Our Partners
The Community Wellbeing Hub was set up in March 2020 as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The CWH provides a central hub of wellbeing services delivered by a range of partner organisations for residents across Bath and North East Somerset.
A Collaborative Approach
Our partners bring together a range of specialist skills and knowledge. A short triage process ensures that people can access the most appropriate services to meet their needs. If we identify a clinical or social care need, we can refer any required support to our professional colleagues.
The Community Wellbeing Hub partners receive referrals and are managed within our RIVIAM referral management system.
We are proudly part of the Compassionate Community movement where people in BANES are inspired and supported to look after each other.
