CWH at The RUH Bath

Our Community Wellbeing Hub team have been based in the Atrium of the RUH since March 2023. Since then they have spoken to over 500 people signposting them to support and making referrals for services.

In June, the CWH launches its On-Ward Admission form initially in two Wards and then rolled out throughout the RUH. The form enables Ward staff to have a discussion with each patient about what community support they will need when they return home from hospital.

The team are available in the Atrium from Monday to Friday, 10am until 12 noon. They would be delighted to advise you on the support services provided. There is no need to book an appointment, please drop in and see us. If you need to speak to one of our team please call 0300 247 0050.
